本文在阐述欠发达资源丰富农村概念的基础上,分析了其资源的组合类型,并进行了其旅游开发现状特征及制约因素的分析,从而设计了三类旅游业成长模式,并进行了案例研究。

On the basis of the concept of rural region with both lower-level development and rich resources, the type is analysed on resources constitution of the rural region, and we find it inculding three types:1) tourism resources is dominant; 2) tourism resources is coordinative; 3) tourism resources is subsidiary.
Analysing current problems and restrictive factors, we report that there are some characteristics of the tourism development in the rural region:1) being biased in knowledge, development of tourism is not urgent; 2) being short of funds, development of tourism resources falls short of our wishes; 3) being no thorough in plan, development of the tourism resources is an blindfold act; 4) being no success in publicizing development of the tourism resources, the benefit is far from ideal.
At last, we design three models of the tourism development, these are:1) for the dominant one, the model is tourism leading development; 2) for the coordinative one, the model is tourism joint development; 3) for the subsidiary one, the model is tourism follow-up development. Then we have three case studies of tourism development i. e., Xinning,Siuning and Wugang.
